Frequently Asked Questions
What is the maximum video resolution supported by LTX-2 API?
LTX-2 API supports video generation up to 4K (3840x2160) resolution. You can also choose 1080p (Full HD) or 1440p (2K) depending on your needs. Higher resolutions consume more credits per second of generated video.
Does LTX-2 API support asynchronous video generation?
Yes, LTX-2 API uses an asynchronous task-based architecture. When you submit a generation request, you receive a task_id immediately. You can poll the status endpoint or configure webhooks to receive notifications when generation completes.
What's the difference between Text-to-Video and Image-to-Video?
Text-to-Video (T2V) generates videos entirely from text descriptions, while Image-to-Video (I2V) uses a static image as the starting frame and animates it. I2V is ideal when you have existing visual assets you want to bring to life.
How long are generated videos stored?
Generated videos are stored on our servers for 24 hours after creation. During this time, you can download the video multiple times using the provided URL. After 24 hours, videos are automatically deleted.
